Made-to-Order Products

All Hyperia EDM products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this custom production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or has a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • Defective products or printing errors
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item sent

To Request a Refund or Replacement:

Contact us at hyperiaedm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
